Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised person may, by notice in writing, require a person to furnish to that authorised person, within the time specified in the notice, such return or information in relation to matters relevant to the operation of this Act as is specified in the notice, including a return or information verified by statutory declaration.
(2) In this section:
"this Act" does not include Schedule 2.
