(1) Where a person makes a decision under subsection 43(6) affirming or varying a reviewable decision, the person shall cause a notice in writing to be given to the person whose interests are affected by the decision (other than a credit provider) containing:
(c) the terms of the decision;
(d) the reasons for the decision; and
(e) a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision to which the notice relates.
(2) Failure to include in a notice under subsection (1) a statement of the kind referred to in paragraph (1)(e) does not affect the validity of the decision to which the notice relates.
(3) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal by a person other than a credit provider for a review of a decision made under subsection 43(6) affirming or varying a reviewable decision.
(4) In this section:
"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 .
