Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may cause to be issued to an inspector, other than a member of a police force or an officer of Customs, an identity card in a form approved by the Minister.
(2) Where a person in possession of an identity card issued to him or her under subsection (1) ceases to be an inspector, he or she shall forthwith return the identity card to the Minister.
