Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A registered provider ' s special tuition protection component for a year is worked out in accordance with the following formula:
(2) Before the beginning of each year, the TPS Director must, by legislative instrument, specify a percentage for that year for the purposes of subsection ( 1).

(3) The percentage specified can be zero.
