Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 15.4 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction--category D) applies to an offence against this Part if, at the time of the conduct constituting the offence, the defendant was a former Cabinet Minister or a recent designated position holder.
(2) Section 14.1 of the Criminal Code (standard geographical jurisdiction) applies to any other offence against this Part.
