Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The occupier of premises in relation to which a warrant is being exercised, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide the inspector executing the warrant and any person assisting that inspector with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with the obligation set out in subsection (1).
