HEARING SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 27

  (1)   The Minister may, by writing, delegate all or any of the Minister's functions and powers under this Act to:

  (a)   the Secretary of the Department; or

  (b)   any other officer of the Department.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) does not apply to the Minister's powers to make an instrument under subsection   5(3), 11(1), 13(1), 15(1) or 17(1).

  (3)   In this section:

"this Act" includes:

  (a)   the voucher rules; and

  (b)   the accreditation scheme; and

  (c)   the rules of conduct.
