Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Executive Director proposes to make a variation to a term of the assessment certificate, the Executive Director must, by written notice, give the draft assessment statement to each applicant.
(2) An applicant may make a written submission to the Executive Director about the draft statement.
(3) A submission must be given within the period specified in the notice, which must not be less than 20 working days after the day the notice is given.
