Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Inspector - General may vary a work plan for a financial year if the Inspector - General is satisfied that it is reasonable and appropriate to do so.
(2) The Inspector - General must publish the work plan, as varied, on the Inspector - General's website as soon as practicable after the work plan has been varied.
(3) A varied work plan is not a legislative instrument.
