Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Court orders that a life company, or part of the business of a life company, be placed under judicial management, the company, or that part of its business, as the case requires, remains under judicial management until:
(a) the judicial management is cancelled; or
(b) the Court orders that the company be wound up.
