LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1995 - SECT 193

  (1)   Any of the companies affected by a scheme may apply to the Court for confirmation of the scheme.

  (2)   An application for confirmation must be made in accordance with the regulations.

  (3)   APRA is entitled to be heard on an application.
