Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) When a scheme is confirmed, the company that applied for the confirmation becomes liable to pay to the Commonwealth an amount equal to the expenses reasonably incurred by APRA in obtaining a report under section 192 in relation to the scheme.
(2) An amount due under subsection (1) may be recovered by the Commonwealth as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
