Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), if a claim arising under a policy is paid, no deductions are to be made on account of premiums or debts due to the company under any other policy, except with the written consent of the claimant.
(2) The claimant may give written consent to any deductions.
