Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after an amount has been credited under paragraph 20(1)(b) to the Federation Reform Fund, the Treasurer must ensure that the Federation Reform Fund is debited for the purposes of making the grant.
Note: The Health Minister must publish on the internet information about the grant--see section 58.
(2) However, if the grant cannot be made, an amount equal to the credited amount is to be:
(a) debited from the Federation Reform Fund; and
(b) credited to the Medical Research Future Fund Special Account.
