Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The terms and conditions on which a grant referred to in subsection 20(2) is made to a State or Territory are to be set out in a written agreement between the Commonwealth and the State or Territory.
(2) The State or Territory must comply with the terms and conditions.
(3) The agreement may be entered into by a Minister on behalf of the Commonwealth.
