MARITIME TRANSPORT AND OFFSHORE FACILITIES SECURITY ACT 2003 - SECT 100X

Applying for an ISSC

  (1)   The offshore facility operator for an Australian ship regulated as an offshore facility may apply to the Secretary for an ISSC for the ship.

  (2)   The application must be in accordance with any requirements prescribed in the regulations.
