Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Secretary must give an offshore facility operator an ISSC for an Australian ship regulated as an offshore facility if:
(a) the operator has applied for an ISSC for the ship; and
(b) there is an offshore security plan in force for the ship, or the security regulated offshore facility of which the ship forms a part; and
(c) the ship is ISSC verified.
