Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The relevant Minister must arrange for an environmental audit to be carried out for the purposes of the implementation of the NEPM with respect to the carrying on by the Commonwealth or the Commonwealth authority of the activities.
(2) The relevant Minister must ensure that the audit is begun within 90 days after he or she is told by the Environment Minister that this Division applies in relation to the activities for the purposes of the implementation of the NEPM.
