Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to sections 26 and 27, the relevant Minister may appoint any person (the environmental auditor ) to carry out an environmental audit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The regulations may make provision for the accreditation of environmental auditors.
