NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION (SAFEGUARDS) ACT 1987 - SECT 33

    A person shall not:

  (a)   steal;

  (b)   fraudulently misappropriate;

  (c)   fraudulently convert to that person's own use; or

  (d)   obtain by false pretences;

any nuclear material.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 10 years.
