OFFSHORE ELECTRICITY INFRASTRUCTURE ACT 2021 - SECT 100

    The Registrar may:

  (a)   administer an oath or affirmation to a person required to appear before the Registrar under section   98; and

  (b)   examine that person on oath or affirmation.
