Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Act, the included offshore area of a State or Territory is the offshore area of the State or Territory, within the meaning of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 , to the extent that that area is within the Commonwealth offshore area.
