Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Jurisdiction is conferred on the courts that have jurisdiction in a Territory in all matters arising out of the laws applied under section 248 in the included offshore area of the Territory.
(2) Jurisdiction is conferred under subsection (1) within the limits (other than the limits of locality) of the jurisdiction of the court (whether those limits are limits as to subject matter or otherwise).
