Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a person is, has been, or is intending to be, involved in offshore infrastructure activities or other activities carried out under this Act in the Commonwealth offshore area.
(2) The Registrar may give the person a direction (a data management direction ) requiring the person to:
(a) keep such accounts, records and other documents in connection with the activities as are specified in the notice; or
(b) give such reports, returns and other documents as are specified in the notice to:
(i) the Registrar; or
(ii) a person specified in the notice.
