OFFSHORE ELECTRICITY INFRASTRUCTURE ACT 2021 - SECT 284

Registrar may make information available to a Minister, a State Minister or a Territory Minister

  (1)   The Registrar may make documentary information available to:

  (a)   a Minister; or

  (b)   a Minister of a State; or

  (c)   a Minister of the Australian Capital Territory; or

  (d)   a Minister of the Northern Territory.

  (2)   The Minister mentioned in paragraph   (1)(a) may require the Registrar to make documentary information available to the Minister.

  (3)   The Registrar must comply with the requirement.

Note:   For protection of the confidentiality of information obtained by a recipient Minister under this section, see section   285.
