Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may provide for offences against the regulations.
(2) The penalties for offences against the regulations must not exceed:
(a) a fine of 100 penalty units; or
(b) a fine of 100 penalty units for each day on which the offence occurs.
