Note: However, the Minister may vary or revoke the conditions that apply to a licence that is transferred, or impose further conditions--see sections 38 (varying a feasibility licence), 48 (varying a commercial licence), 57 (varying a research and demonstration licence) and 66 (varying a transmission and infrastructure licence)
(2) The transfer of a licence does not affect the end day of the licence.
