Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an application under section 86 was accompanied by the original instrument or proposed instrument effecting a change in control of a licence holder, the Registrar must, after making a decision under subsection 87(2):
(a) make and retain a copy of the instrument or proposed instrument; and
(b) return the original instrument or proposed instrument to the applicant.
