Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Registrar is notified of a change in control of a licence holder, the Registrar must make a notation of the matters set out in subsection (2) in the Register in the record for the licence.
(2) The matters are the following:
(a) the date of any application made under section 86;
(b) the date of any decision made under subsection 87(2);
(c) the date the change in control took effect.
(3) The Registrar may make such other notation in the Register as the Registrar considers appropriate.
