OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 421

  (1)   The Joint Authority may appoint inspectors for the purposes of this Act and the regulations.

Note:   Inspectors have powers under sections   367, 368, 369, 370, 371, 378, 379, 380 and 381.

  (2)   The appointment must be in writing.
