OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 1994 - SECT 422

Identity cards

  (1)   The Designated Authority must issue an inspector with an identity card.

  (2)   The card must:

  (a)   contain a recent photograph of the inspector; and

  (b)   be in the form approved by the Designated Authority.
