Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commonwealth must pay to each State 60% of royalties payable under the Royalty Act in respect of minerals in the Commonwealth - State offshore area for that State.
(2) Payments under subsection (1) are to be made not later than the end of the month that follows the month in which the royalties concerned were received by the Commonwealth.
(3) In this section:
"royalty" includes any penalty for late payment of royalty.
