Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An exploration licence holder may apply to the Joint Authority for an extension of the licence if, under section 121, the Joint Authority:
(a) suspends a licence condition; or
(b) exempts the holder from complying with a licence condition.
(2) The application:
(a) must be made not later than 30 days before the licence expires; and
(b) must be lodged with the Designated Authority.
