Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Online Safety Special Account is continued in existence.
(2) The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
(3) The Account is to be administered by the ACMA.
(4) An amount must not be debited from the Account without the written approval of the Commissioner.
