POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONS (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1975 - SECT 38

Directions given by Registrar in Bankruptcy

    Where a direction given by the Registrar in Bankruptcy under section   79 of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 - 1973 was in force immediately before the commencing day, it continues in force, on and after that day, for the remainder of the period for which it was given, and:

  (a)   to the extent to which it applies to postal articles, the Australian Postal Commission shall comply with that direction; and

  (b)   to the extent to which it applies to telegrams, the Australian Telecommunications Commission shall comply with that direction.
