PRODUCT EMISSIONS STANDARDS ACT 2017 - SECT 31

  (1)   This section applies if a person is convicted of an offence, or ordered to pay a civil penalty, for contravening a provision of Part   3 .

  (2)   The product concerned is forfeited to the Commonwealth.
