Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An inspector may seize a product that is forfeited under section 31 .
(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), the product may be sei zed by attaching to the product , or to the container in which the product is held, a notice in writing signed by the inspector that:
(a) identifies the product ; and
(b) states that the product has been seized under this section; and
(c) specifies the reason for the seizure.
(3) An inspector must give a copy of the notice as soon as practicable to the owner of the product or the person from whom the product was seized .
