Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Presiding Member of a Selection Committee may, on behalf of the Selection Committee, employ persons to perform administrative and clerical services in connection with the performance of its function and the exercise of its powers.
(2) The Presiding Member of a Selection Committee for an R&D Corporation must not employ a person who is an employee of the R&D Corporation.
(4) The terms and conditions of employment are to be determined by the Selection Committee.
