Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Presiding Member of a Selection Committee may, on behalf of the Selection Committee, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Selection Committee to assist it in identifying a suitable person or persons for nomination.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement are to be determined by the Selection Committee.
