Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAn inspector exercising or proposing to exercise powers pursuant to this Part in relation to property, being any premises, structure, vessel, aircraft or vehicle, may require the owner or person in charge of the property to provide reasonable assistance to the inspector in the exercise of those powers in relation to the property, and the person shall comply with the request.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 20 penalty units, or both.
