(1) This section applies if:
(a) the Secretary has made an employer determination for a person and the person's employer in relation to a child of the person; and
(b) after the employer determination was made, the Secretary makes a payability determination under section 13 or 14 for the person in relation to the child.
(2) The Secretary must give the employer a written notice stating:
(a) whether parental leave pay is payable to the person; and
(b) if parental leave pay is payable--the person's continuous flexible period for the child; and
(c) in any case--any information prescribed by the PPL rules.
Note: If the Secretary determines that parental leave pay is not payable to the person, the Secretary must revoke the employer determination (see subsection 108(1A)).
(3) However, the Secretary need not give the notice if the Secretary had previously revoked the employer determination.
