Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsPart 3 of the National Transmission Network Sale Act 1998 does not apply in relation to an access seeker seeking access to:
(a) a broadcasting transmission tower; or
(b) a site;
to the extent to which this Division applies in relation to the access seeker seeking access to that tower or site.
