Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The ACMA may determine, by written instrument, that persons operating transmitters under transmitter licences included in a class of transmitter licences specified in the instrument must be qualified operators.
(2) A determination under subsection (1) may confer a power to make a decision of an administrative character on a person.
