Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a person (the debtor ) is liable to pay waste material export charge, or a penalty for late payment of waste material export charge, that is due and payable.
(2) The Minister may refuse to carry out, or direct a person not to carry out, specified activities or kinds of activities in relation to the debtor under this Act until the charge or penalty has been paid.
