Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may provide for an amount (the specified amount ) in the table in Schedule 6 to be increased by reference to changes in an index determined in writing by the Finance Minister for the purposes of this section.
(2) If regulations are made under subsection ( 1), this Act has effect as if the specified amount were replaced by that amount as increased in accordance with those regulations.
(3) In this section:
"Finance Minister" means the Minister administering the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
