Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may enter into arrangements with a State or the Northern Territory for the payment by the Commonwealth to the State or Territory of money in relation to the administration of this Act.
(2) Payments under arrangements referred to in subsection (1) shall be made out of money appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose.
