Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAs soon as practicable after a person makes a reviewable decision, the person shall cause to be served on the claimant a notice in writing setting out:
(a) the terms of the decision;
(b) the reasons for the decision; and
(c) a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision to which the notice relates.
