Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a reviewable decision may be made by:
(a) the claimant; or
(b) if the decision affects the Commonwealth--the Commonwealth.
(3) Despite section 17 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , a person may not make an application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of a reviewable decision except as provided by subsection (1) of this section.
