Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2) and to any condition of a licence relating to the transfer of the licence, the Minister may, in his or her discretion, upon application being made in accordance with the appropriate form by the holder of a licence granted under subsection 19(2), (3), (4A) or (4B) and by another person as proposed transferee, transfer the licence to the other person.
(1A) The Minister may, under subsection (1), make a temporary transfer of a licence.
(2) Where a fee is payable under this Act in respect of the transfer under subsection (1) of a licence granted under section 19, the Minister shall not transfer the licence unless the holder of the licence tenders the amount of the fee.
