Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a person who is the holder of a seniors health card receives a notice of assessment or amended assessment of his or her taxable income for a particular tax year, the person must, if requested by the Secretary to do so, give a copy of the notice to the Department within 3 months after the day on which the notice was received.
(2) In this section:
"taxable income" has the same meaning as in the Seniors Health Card Income Test Calculator.
